Older Macs: Raycast 2 needs Apple silicon and macOS Tahoe. Intel Macs and older systems stay on version 1.
About Raycast
Raycast replaces Spotlight with a command bar for opening apps, searching files, and managing clipboard history, snippets and windows. Community extensions add hundreds of commands for other tools. Version 2 is a ground-up rewrite; the paid plan adds AI chat, dictation and cloud sync.
