Why it's here
Not for
Laptop-only setups with one screen and one Space. There is little to put back, and macOS already reopens your windows after a restart.
About SnapState
SnapState is a menu bar app that saves your workspace, the windows, apps, browser tabs and Spaces you have open, and puts it all back later. Each app returns to its own display and Space, full-screen windows come back full screen, and every tab reopens in Safari, Chrome, Edge, Brave and Arc. It can restore by itself after sleep or when a monitor reconnects. It runs on Apple silicon and Intel Macs.
